Your first visit

We thoroughly review your full health history and talk about all aspects of your health, both current and past. First visits will last 1 hour and 20 minutes, follow-up treatments last 1 hour, and will follow the treatment plan determined at the initial consult. As new issues or ailments arise, you can always talk to your practitioner so we may tailor your treatments to best meet your health needs.

One to two acupuncture treatments may be effective to resolve simple medical issues, however, most chronic conditions require six or more visits. Patients with long-standing health conditions will feel relief immediately, however, additional acupuncture treatment will be necessary to effect long-lasting relief. Herbal medicine may be added for stubborn conditions.
